Three brothers, one band, one goal: Rock ’N’ Roll! Music has always been a central part of their lives, and in 2018 The Rule recorded their first EP THE RULE at Lowcutproduction Studio. Since then, the Swiss trio has built a reputation for raw, handmade rock with a 70s flair, earning slots at festivals like Lumnezia and Stars in Town (both in Switzerland) and continuously refining their energetic live presence.
After several EPs and years of relentless work, the band spent two weeks at Woogie House Studio to create their first full-length album "Tales From Above", set for release in 2025. The record delivers nine tracks full of power, precision, and passion: crafted to be played live.
Their new single “Control Is All I See” (out October 17, 2025) offers the first glimpse into the album’s sound: distorted guitars, groovy drums, forceful vocals, and the unstoppable energy of three brothers with one mission. The track delivers an intense, heavy atmosphere, with vocals that blend seamlessly into the full instrumentation. A soaring chorus meets a gripping guitar riff that leads into a powerful solo. The song closes with full force, everything a rock track should deliver.
“Control Is All I See” is for fans of authentic heavy rock who enjoy driving riffs, commanding vocals, and the raw, unfiltered energy of 70s-inspired rock. Anyone who gravitates toward riff-forward songwriting, strong choruses, and an analog, live-ready spirit will find “Control Is All I See” hitting exactly the right spot.
Stay tuned - The Rule are just getting started.
